Notice Regarding Moving Sand on the Beach

It is illegal to use any equipment to move sand on the beach. Do not move, or authorize any contractors to move, sand onto or from the beach. The Town plans to do some minor sand scraping in the coming weeks to address some of the eroded sand dunes.  This process is being permitted through SCDHEC-OCRM.
